- WePlan provides a platform for Users to connect with Vendors. We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any services provided by Vendors.
- Users must conduct their own due diligence before engaging with any Vendor.
- WePlan reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time.
5. Booking and Payments
- WePlan facilitates bookings between Users and Vendors. All bookings are subject to the terms agreed upon by the User and Vendor.
- Users agree to pay all fees associated with bookings made through WePlan.
- WePlan charges a service fee that the user pays, This fee is for website and app maintenance and improving our platform.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellation and refund policies are determined by the individual Vendors. Users must review and agree to these policies before making a booking.
- WePlan is not responsible for handling cancellations or refunds. Users must contact the Vendor directly to resolve such issues.
7. User Conduct
- Users agree to use WePlan in a lawful and respectful manner.
- Users must not engage in any activity that could harm the platform, its users, or its reputation.
- We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms or engage in harmful conduct.
8. Intellectual Property
- All content on WePlan, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of WePlan or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
